1 Movement Dashboard

To perform followup on the performance of Movements, an object has been designed to monitor all movements' parameters.

Below, the parameters of various tables and charts are described.

For this example, these parameters have been set to perform the report:

1.1 Movement Evolution

This window shows two charts separated into two tabs; these are designed to present the difference between Estimated and Confirmed item quantities, using various filters.

Evolution by Item Family, Movement Type and Movement Status

This chart jointly shows the evolution of all movement types, filtered by status (set at the beginning of the report as Ended). The user can also choose to filter by Item Families (top-left corner of the graph).

The chart contains two lines which indicate confirmed item quantity (green line) and estimated item quantity (red line) for all completed movements, of any type, in the selected item family.

Evolution by Store, Movement Type and Movement Status

In the other tab within the same window, the chart shows the same information which the previous chart demonstrated. The only difference between the two is that the chart below is filtered by store, not by item family.

1.2 Movement Values by Family

The following table shows the user each item family's estimated item quantities, percentage of estimated items included in a family code (compared to the total of estimated items in all families), and confirmed item quantities.

The confirmed items will appear in green or red, depending on whether they match or exceed the estimates.

Accumulated Values by Type, According to Family
This bar chart shows accumulated values, separated into two different-colored columns (estimated and confirmed). These correspond to each item family according to the movement type, which can be filtered by the user (in the top-left corner of the graph).

Percentage by Movement Type and Family
This circular chart shows the percentage of estimated item families (compared to the total of all item families), filtered by movement type.

1.3 Movement by Type

This part of the report is used to observe the performance of estimated and confirmed item quantities for each movement type.

The confirmed item quantity will be presented in green if it matches or exceeds the estimate. If it does not meet the estimated quantity, the confirmed values will appear in red.

Accumulated Values by Type, According to Family
This chart allows users to filter by item family, thus showing estimated (light blue) and confirmed (dark blue) item quantities for each movement type.

Percentage by Movement Type and Family
This circular chart shows the percentage of estimated items represented by a specific movement type (compared with the total of estimated items for all movement types).

1.4 Movement by Terminal

This section represents the performance of all terminals in the central system. It contains estimated and confirmed item quantities for all movements.

Accumulated Values by Terminal
This bar graph shows total item quantities for all types of movements performed. In the chart, estimated and confirmed values are distinguished with two different colors.

Percentage by Terminal
The following circular chart shows the percentage of estimated items represented by a specific terminal (compared to total estimated items for all terminals).

1.5 Movement per User

This part of the report shows the percentage of item quantities which are confirmed or unconfirmed for each user's corresponding movements.

Chart of Movements per User
This horizontal bar chart presents the table data explained above. However, this chart is filtered by each individual movement type.

1.6 Movement Types per Family Type

This section shows the group of items in each item family, divided by movement type. It also shows the percentage of item quantities which are confirmed or unconfirmed, for each family.

Movement Types per Family
Taking a look at this horizontal bar chart, we can see the data from the table explained above filtered by movement type. Users have the option to filter by choosing a desired movement type.

1.7 Movement per Item

The table below shows data corresponding to all transactions performed per item family, followed by their estimated and confirmed quantities. The system also provides the ability to expand the information given; each item family will show its corresponding items and the number of transactions performed on them. Again, information on their estimated and confirmed quantities will follow.

Percentage of Transactions by Item and Movement Type
This horizontal bar chart shows the total quantity of transactions for a specific item and movement type. It is shown as a percentage of the total number (not quantity) of transactions for an item and movement type. The user has the option to filter by movement type.

1.8 Diagrams

This report presents two different matrix charts with information on transactions and items.

Diagram of

Transactions

(Shows estimated quantities, NOT transactions)

by Family and Store
This matrix chart shows the estimated quantity of item families for a selected store. The user can choose to sort the chart by Name, Value or Family Group.

This matrix chart shows the estimated quantity of items for a selected store. The user can choose to sort the chart by Name, Value or Family Group.
