The first phase in system startup is the design and configuration to be carried out from the central system. This will permit the application to assign tasks, receive results and carry out followup activities.
Design and Configuration:
Tasks must first be designed and configured to contain a series of instructions, to be executed at the moment they are assigned to a user and customer.
Thus, conceptually, it must correspond to an action the user will perform when moving to their destination. The following must also be taken into consideration:
- User Configuration
- Assignments: Once necessary actions have been defined, a user and destination must be assigned to the corresponding tasks.
- Tracking: The system cycle simplifies activity monitoring tasks via desktop channels, specific reports, etc.
