In order to access databases, users must have roles, which grant permissions applying to all areas of the database.
The applications menu provides rapid, intuitive access to the central system's set of objects, lists, and processes.

The Applications panel's navigation tree provides access to the objects available to the user (lists, reports, processes, etc.). In this way, users can access the central system from any mobile device.
The system stores past executed queries, which can be displayed by pressing the Top 10 button. As such, repetitive query processes can become more agile.
Through this functionality, the system provides the user with infinite possibilities, such as real-time information access, detailed reports for decision-making, or process execution.
When we execute a list or report from the navigation menu, the system provides various modes to choose from. To select an execution method, the desired option in the display must be marked.
"Run on Device" Mode:Reports are executed with the result shown on the device and rendered by the APPS Core mobile system itself.
"Run on Browser" Mode:The same report, but viewed from a web browser.
"View as PDF on Device" Mode: The device searches for applications capable of viewing PDF documents, and uses them to show the result. An external application which can read PDFs is required.
"View as PDF on Browser" Mode: Renders PDF in a web browser.
"View as Text" Mode: Reports are executed with the result shown on the device in plain text, rendered by the APPS Core mobile system itself.
- "Print as PDF" Mode: sends the report to printers configured for the device, as a PDF.
