APPS Core offers access to the various databases and servers authorized for a specific user.

1 Introduction

In order to access databases, users must have roles, which grant permissions applying to all areas of the database.

The applications menu provides rapid, intuitive access to the central system's set of objects, lists, and processes.

2 Main Screen

The button to access databases is shown below.

  • 1. List of available databases.
  • 2. Button to the navigation tree in the Applications panel.
  • 3. Button to the OLAP application.
  • 4. OLAP database permissions.

3 Navigation Tree

The Applications panel's navigation tree provides access to the objects available to the user (lists, reports, processes, etc.). In this way, users can access the central system from any mobile device.

The system stores past executed queries, which can be displayed by pressing the Top 10 button. As such, repetitive query processes can become more agile.

Through this functionality, the system provides the user with infinite possibilities, such as real-time information access, detailed reports for decision-making, or process execution.
