Returns a byte with the content of the JDBCBlob object. Its use is discouraged, because this function converts the object to a byte, with the consequent use of memory.

1 blob.getBytes

<blob.getBytes>
    <dbmblob /> +
</blob.getBytes>
Example
Copy
<xsql-script>
    <body>
        <println>SELECT the blob data</println>
        <set name='blob_getBytes'>
            <blob.getBytes>
                <select prefix='m_'>
            		<columns>item_lowres</columns>
            		<from table='apps_pos_items_images' />
                    <where>
                        item_code = 'NOV_001'
                    </where>
        		</select>
            </blob.getBytes>
        </set>
        <println>Bob length: <blob_getBytes /></println>
     </body>
</xsql-script>
