Applications Explorertool allows access to the system database. It can be found in the main panel. Click on the application icon located on the portal menu to enter the application explorer.
Applications Explorer has the following structure:
|1||Servers||Shows servers with databases the user can access.|
|2||Databases||Used to explore databases (by selecting a particular server or viewing all available servers) accessible to the user. For further information about Application Tools, see the section Applications.|
|3||Dictionaries||Shows database dictionaries (by selecting a particular server or viewing all available servers) accessible to the user.|
|4||Toolbar||Shows tools and options used to operate Explorer. Has the button to go to the wiki side and to go back to the applications side.|
On the left side of Explorer, a menu shows all servers with databases the user can access.
- By selecting Show all, the user can see all databases and dictionaries for available servers. This is the default option in Explorer.
- By selecting a particular server, the user can view its databases and see which are available.
- If the user is on a mobile display, this menu can be dropped down by clicking on this icon.
The user can see which server is currently selected by its color in the server menu.
In this section, the user can view a list of all accessible databases.
- Image: icon that identifies a database.
- Description/Name: short name that defines a database.
- Server code: identification code of the database.
From a database, the user can access objects or main points of applications defined in the database dictionaries.
The user can also find database dictionaries:

Dictionaries define all objects which the user can access in a database.
Through the view menu, the user can choose between three different database views.

When the user selects a database or dictionary, different options appear.
The structure is:
- Identifier: shows elements in the icon view format.
- Permissions: indicates user permissions for a particular database [SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE]. If these options are in color, it means that the user has permissions.
- Server: indicates in which server the database is located.
Wiki documents can be read and added (roles needed to add/edit/delete). Each of these documents will give any information about a wic and everybody with access to the wic will be able to read the document to get the latest updates.
To see the text of a document the user only has to click over the document and a modal view will expand showing it's content.
If users roles allow him to create wiki documents a button to create will appear.
This button will show a list of the available wics where the document can be created.
Then, a form to create the wiki document will appear. The body of the document will be written in markdown code, to make it easy to give the desired style to the document.

Images are not permitted
If users roles allow him to edit wiki documents of the desired wic, a button with a pencil will appear either at the general wiki view and when reading the wiki document
When going to edit a form like the one to create documents will appear and there the document can be modified.
If users roles allow him to delete wiki documents of the desired wik, a button with a trash will appear either at the general wiki view, when reading the wiki document or when editing the wiki document
If this button is clicked the document will be deleted.
