This section explains all the services available in the Axional Studio system. Our services' objective is to improve day-to-day management of the various sections and departments of your company, and facilitate communication between different areas.
 

1 General Description

In the image below, the user can view the Axional desktop and the tools needed to complete their tasks. All these tools are explained below, but primarily, Axional allows the user to add channels that contain data from a database.


 

1.1 Setup/Logout

On the right side of the screen, there is an icon which allows the user to access:

  • SETUP: this section allows the user to manage their profile, for example personal information, email, etc.
  • LOGOUT: when the user wants to exit the system.

1.2 Tools

On the right side of the screen, the user can access different tools, as shown in the following picture. This menu can be divided into four sections:


  1. Home
  2. Database tools.
  3. User tools.
  4. Administrative tools.

1.2.1 Home

Icon Description
Allows the user to return to home screen.
 

1.2.2 Database Tools

Icon Description
Through this tool, the user can access their databases.

DBStudio provides to the database administrator the ability to manage the Axional Studio system.

DBOlap allows the user to execute multidimensional analyses of corporate data.

Table Manager lets the user manage lists and tables belonging to different managers databases.

1.2.3 User Tools

Icon Description
Private messaging tool for registered users of Axional Studio.

Lets the user bookmark their favorite files and applications for direct access.

Helps the user to manage files and folders.

Allows the user to modify events or create notes.

1.2.4 Administrative Tools

Icon Description

Provides details about processes that are currently running as well as processes in cache. Lets the user view and cancel processes.
