1.1 Delivery
The Delivery movement is used when the store or warehouse where the device is located receives an item delivery, and the user has to process Receiving.
In some cases, employees must check whether the items and quantities received correspond to the items and quantities proposed by the central system.
1.1.1 Automatic Generation of Delivery Movements
Once the Delivery registration form has been accessed, fields must be filled in with the corresponding information. Fields must indicate the desired movement type (in this case IN (Delivery)), the terminal used, and the Source where the items originated.
The 'Lines' tab contains the items which the user will need to confirm reception of goods.
After clicking the 'Confirm' button, the movement cannot be modified, and its status switches to 'Confirmed', allowing it to be synchronized to the device.
Once synchronized in the device, the movement changes status and indicates the time elapsed since synchronization.
Similarly, a 'Cancel' button is also available to change the movement status to 'Canceled'.
1.1.2 Interaction of Delivery Movements in the Device
The device contains a list of movements. By simply clicking on a movement, it is possible to access its line items.
Inside will be found the movement list of preselected items which form part of the Delivery.
By clicking on the 'NEW' button, a Manual Delivery Movement can be added. A window will appear with all corresponding data which must be filled in to create the movement.
Once the user has manually generated a Delivery, they start adding the items entering the warehouse. Items are entered on the device using the '+' button. A window will be displayed with all item details which must be filled in, e.g. EAN code and quantity.

1.1.3 Closing the Movement
Once the quantities are confirmed and the movement lines are locked (by clicking on the padlock), the 'Close' button will appear.
After pressing on the 'Close' button, the movement remains locked to editing, ready to be synchronized with the central system.
When confirming quantities, the movement receipt can also be printed by pressing the 'Print' button. This process will close the movement, in the same procedure as when the 'Close' button is pressed.
Pressing the 'Print' button shows the user a preview of the receipt to be printed.
SYNCHRONIZE the movements performed, turning over all information to the central system.
Below, stock updates between multiple warehouses can be found.
Here we can view the performance of a Delivery movement. In this case, an item delivery has been performed, sent from the CENTRAL (Source) warehouse to the W_SPORTS warehouse (User Warehouse).
1.2 Shipment
Shipment movements involve items that exit the user warehouse where the device is located. Therefore, the user must specify the Destination warehouse where the item(s) will be sent.
As in the Delivery Movement, it can either be set automatically from the Central System or manually from the device.
Once the Shipment registration form has been accessed, fields must be filled in with the corresponding information. Fields must indicate the desired movement type (in this case OUT (Shipment)), the terminal used, and the Destination where the items will be sent.
The 'Lines' tab contains the items which the user will need to confirm shipment of goods.
Once the movement is listed as 'CONFIRMED' in the form, it will appear on the device once the central system is synchronized.
The movement performed must be SYNCHRONIZED, turning over all information to the central system.
Below is an example of a stock update at the W_SPORTS warehouse (User Warehouse). Stock updates at the destination warehouse are not viewable. This is when the system asks to perform Recount, Inventory or Adjustment movements.
The performance of a Shipment can also be seen here. In this case, an item shipment has been performed, sent from the W_SPORTS warehouse (User Warehouse) to the CENTRAL (Destination) warehouse.
1.3 Recount
As mentioned before, Recount movements can only be generated automatically. This occurs when the central system wants the user to perform a Recount of one or more items.
The Recount movement type will not allow any item to be added beyond those proposed by the central system.
The central system can send the user a blind or guided recount. The difference between the two is that blind recounts do not indicate what the counted items' quantities should be. On the other hand, for the guided recount, the central system will indicate the quantity of items that should exist in the indicated warehouse.
Once the movement has been 'CONFIRMED' in the form, it will appear oin the device once the user synchronizes it.
If the item stock has changed during the recount, the central system will be able to 'Process' the stock level change by selecting the desired item and pressing the 'Process' button.
Below is an example of stock updates to the user store/warehouse (W_SPORT).
1.4 Inventory
Inventory can be set automatically from the central system or manually from the device, depending on the situation required.
It can be performed in two ways:
- A guided inventory sets the inventory movement automatically with certain item lines, but the system has not indicated what the item quantities should be. In addition, while performing the movement, more items can be added, if needed, from the device.
- It can be set automatically or manually, but no item lines are configured. Items must be added manually from the device.
Once the movement has been 'CONFIRMED' in the form, it will appear on the device once the user synchronizes it.
Example of Two Inventory Modes
The example below demonstrates how the user performs both types of Inventory.If the item stock has changed during inventory, the change can be processed from the central system by selecting the desired item and pressing the 'Process' button.
1.5 Adjustment
Adjustment movements can only be set manually from the device. These are used to change one or more items' stock, when an incorrect quantity has been indicated. This adjustment allows us to change the stock of an item/items from the device, without the need for checking and processing by the central system.
