1 Movements analytics

The movements functionality comes with two dashboards: store dashboard and overall dashboard. These two dashboard provide a lot of information about the movements over a period, including:

  • Total movements.
  • Quantity of products involved (Quantity, confirmed quantity and sent quantity).
  • Products involved
  • List of movements
  • Several charts summarising information about these movements.

These two dashboards are found in the Movements menu in the subfolder Movement analytics.

2 Stores dashboard

This dashboard requires three inputs.

  1. Initial date
  2. End date
  3. Store code
Whit these three parameters, the dashboard will show information of movements between the two dates, and involving the given store.

2.1 Dashboard organisation

2.1.1 Header

The header of the dashboard contains general information about the movements in this time period. It includes information like the two dates (start and end) and the name of the store being analised. Furthermore it includes the quantity of products that were moved (or adjusted), the specific quantities (quantity, confirmed, sent).

2.1.2 Stores and warehouses

These two boxes allow the selection of stores and warehouses to filter the analytics with movements that involved the selected locations. If none is selected, then all the movements are considered.

Warehouse box

Along with the name of the warehosue or store, the table includes as well the number of movements that this location has had with the main store in the time period considered.

2.1.3 Product list

This next box helps the user filter the movements by selecting only the movements that have a desired product. For example, if one wants to see only the movements that have involved a specific dress, by selecting it in this box, then all the movements list would be filtered.

Products box

2.1.4 Movements list

The next box is a table that contains all the movements already filtered for the three previous selections (store, warehouse and product). For these movements, information about the preiod of the movement, what quantities were involved and origin and destination are given.

Movements box

The box under the movements list is a list of all the items of the selected movement. If no movement is selected, then this list will not be displayed. This list contains more specific information about the quantities of the movement, and information about the products.

Items box

2.2 Timeline box

The first chart presented in the dashboard is a time series with three lines representing the three types of quantities. The start and end date are the dates selected when entering the object. However, the time limits of this chart can be altered using the lower blue scroller window.

2.3 Movements by type chart

The next chart is a pie chart that gives information about the total number of movements in the period sliced into the different types of movement.

2.4 Departures and entries

The next two boxes and charts include information about what movements were entries to the store and what movements were departures from the store. This can give insight about the store's warehouse use, if it is used more as an origin of movements or a destination of movements.

3 General dashboard

The time period dashboard offers similar information to the store dashboard, but without restraining the movements to one store. Furthermore, it provides more information about products and categories.

This dashboard only takes two inputs:

  1. Initial date
  2. End date
These two dates are the dates that will serve as limits when analysing the movements.

3.1 Dashboard organisation

The organisation of this dashboard follows a similar structure to the dashboard of the stores.

3.1.1 Header

As a first general information, we have the header of the dashbaord. This header provides the most general information of the analytics. Quantity of movements analysed, quantities of products and time period

3.1.2 Stores and warehouses

Similar to the stores dashboard, the following boxes include the possibility of filtering the movements by locations (either origin or destination) to the selected stores or warehouses.

3.1.3 Products list

The next box allows the uer to filter, if desired, by product. Notice that this selection (as well as with the other dashboard) is multiple, meaning that more than one products can be selected.

3.1.4 Movements list

The following list contains a list of movements, which is already filterede by the selection the user has done in the boxes above. By selecting a movement in this list, the box below (items list) will be adapted. All the charts shown in the dashboard are as well adapted to the selection of this (and all other) box.

  1. Information about the movements by type of movement.
  2. Information about the current state of the movements.
  3. Information about the origin of the movements.
  4. Information about the destination of the movements.

3.1.8 Product information

Next, there are several boxes that give information about the products. They give information about the top 10 products that have been involved in the movements, and the top 10 categories. These lists contain the total of the products that have been moved, and the specific quantities for the categories list.
