In order to modify a ticket, it is necessary to access the Home screen. This screen is accessible by clicking on the Home icon.

1 Ticket menu

Each product that has been included in the ticket has an icon at the end of the line that displays the options menu. These options are:

  • See item detail: it opens the product detailed view.
  • Change quantity: it displays a form to modify the purchasing units. Quantity can also be modified directly from thecart by clicking on line current quantity.
  • Change price: it displays a form to modify the price. *Only available for employees with the appropriate role.
  • Apply discount: it displays a form to modify the discount. *Only available for employees with the appropriate role. Discount can also be modified directly from the cart by clicking on line current discount.
  • Add note: it displays a form to add notes to the ticket line.
  • Delete item: it removes an item from the ticket. Products can also be removed from the ticket by clicking on the delete icon, located at the beginning of the product line.

2 Ticket note

It is possible to add a free text to the ticket. To do this, click on the Note icon, located at the top of the ticket. As soon as a note is added to a ticket, the icon image changes to this . In this way, it is easy to recognize that a note has been added.
