The POS application allows the employee to pause a ticket in order to continue creating new tickets. This paused ticket can be retrieved later, either to finalize the purchase or to delete it.

1 Pause and recover ticket

During ticket creation, the pause button is enabled. Click on this icon to pause the ticket. Once it has been paused, the ticket disappears from the screen and it is saved in the list of paused tickets.



To retrieve a ticket, follow this procedure:

  1. Click on the drop menu TICKET located at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the option Recover ticket: the application displays all tickets in reverse order of creation so that the first ticket in the list is the last paused in the store.
  3. Select the desired ticket: the application displays the ticket.



The tickets can be paused from a terminal and retrieved at another terminal of the same store.
