The application allows the management of reservations. This way the employee can reserve items for customers while entering a sales order.

Once the reservation has been created, the system allows the employee to edit, modify or cancel it.

1 Create reserve

To create a reservation it is necessary to select the appropriate document type, the reserve. Reservations may be unpaid or partially paid.

Procedure:

  • Select the ticket Reserve. The system requires the name of the customer. To add the customer name, enter a new one or selec one by looking for it using the search engine icon .
  • Add items to cart.
  • Access the cart:
    • If the customer makes an advanced payment, select the payment method and register the advanced amount and press PAY or PAY & PRINT button. It is not a requirement to make a payment for the total value of the ticket.
    • If the customer does not make an advanced payment, do not register any amount and press PAY or PAY & PRINT button.
  • The reserve ticket has been created. To recover the ticket, access the Reserve option from the top main menu Tickets. The system displays the list of all reservations: use the filter to select the desired one.

IMPORTANT

During the creation process of the reserves, the system does not apply vouchers.

2 Edit reserve

The reserve ticket can be modified, either by modifying the amount advanced or by adding or deleting products.

Procedure:

  • To recover the reserve ticket, access the Reserve option from the top main menu Tickets. The system displays the list of all reservations: use the filter to find the desired one.
  • From the reserves list, select the options CONTINUE: the system displays the selected reserve ticket.
  • Now it is possible to add or remove products. It is also possible to add or return payments.

    IMPORTANT

    During the modification process of the reserves, the system does not apply vouchers.

3 Cancel reserve

The customer can exercise his right to cancel a reservation. In that case, the employee has to refund the possible amount advanced, if it exists.

Procedure:

  • To recover the reserve ticket, access the Reserve option from the top main menu Tickets. The system will display the list of all reservations: use the filter to find the desired one.
  • From the reserves list, select the options CANCEL: the system displays the selected reserve ticket as a Return ticket.
  • Return payment in advance.
  • Close the ticket.

4 End reserve

When the customer pays the entire ticket amount and receives the reserved items, it is necessary to end the reserve. In this case, the system transforms it into a sales ticket and can apply vouchers.

Procedure:

  • To recover the reserve ticket, access the Reserve option from the top main menu Tickets. The system will display the list of all reservations: use the filter to find the desired one.
  • From the reserves list, select the options END: the system displays the selected reserve ticket as a Sales ticket.
  • If the customer had made an advanced payment, now the amount to be paid equals the total amount minus the advanced payment amount: select the payment method, enter the pending amount and press PAY or PAY & PRINT button. The ticket is closed.

IMPORTANT

During the end process of the reserves, the system does apply vouchers.
