Once the employee wants to start the payment of the purchasing ticket, the system requests the type of payment. Each type of ticket can require different payment methods.
1 Selecting the payment method
There are two ways to access the payment screen:
- Through the shopping cart icon
, located on the top menu.
- From the home screen
, pressing the PAY button in the payment area.
Once on the payment screen, it is possible to view the payment types, which are represented by icons.
- Cash
- Card
- Card HSBC
- Vouchers

IMPORTANT
Not all types of tickets require payment.
1.1 Cash payment
Procedure:
- Select the cash payment method.
- Enter the amount that the customer pays: the system indicates the corresponding change amount.
- Click on ADD PAYMENT: if the paid amount is equal to or greater than the ticket amount, the PAY and PAY & PRINT buttons are enabled.
- Select one option:
- PAY button: the ticket is closed.
- PAY &PRINT button: the ticket is closed and the system prints the ticket using the printer by default of the terminal.

1.2 Card payment
Procedure:
- Select card payment method: application always proposes the missing amount.
- Enter the amount that the customer pays.
- Click on ADD PAYMENT: if the paid amount is equal to or greater than the ticket amount, the PAY and PAY & PRINT buttons are enabled.
- Select one option:
- PAY button: the ticket is closed.
- PAY &PRINT button: the ticket is closed and the system prints the ticket using the printer by default of the terminal.

1.3 Card HSBC
Procedure:
- Select card HSBC payment method: application always proposes the missing amount.
- Enter the amount that the customer pays.
- Click on ADD PAYMENT: if the paid amount is equal to or greater than the ticket amount, the PAY and PAY & PRINT buttons are enabled.
- Select one option:
- PAY button: the ticket is closed.
- PAY &PRINT button: the ticket is closed and the system prints the ticket using the printer by default of the terminal.

1.4 Voucher
Procedure:
- Select voucher payment method: the system request the voucher code.
- Enter the voucher code.
- If the voucher is valid, the system creates a payment register in the payment list with the voucher amount.
- Select a new payment method.
- Click on ADD PAYMENT: if the paid amount is equal to or greater than the pending amount, the PAY and PAY & PRINT buttons are enabled.
- Select one option:
- PAY button: the ticket is closed.
- PAY &PRINT button: the ticket is closed and the system prints the ticket using the printer by default of the terminal.

1.5 Combined payment
The system allows combining the types of payments in a single ticket. In this case, payments must be added until the total sum covers the total amount of the ticket.

IMPORTANT
Reservations are the only payment type that allows partial payment (advanced payment) that does not equal the ticket amount.
2 Remove payment line
Previous to press the PAY button that closes the ticket, it is possible to remove the payment line. If the employee is forced to cancel the payment,
press the remove
icon: the line disappears and the ticket is open again.
