In order to modify a ticket, it is necessary to access the Home screen.
This screen is accessible by clicking on the Home
icon.
1 Ticket menu
Each product that has been included in the ticket has an icon
at the end of the line that displays the options menu. These options are:
- Change note: it opens the product detailed view.
- Apply discount: it displays a form to modify the discount. *Only available for employees with the appropriate role. Discount can also be modified directly from the cart by clicking on line current discount.
- Change price: it displays a form to modify the price. *Only available for employees with the appropriate role.
- Change quantity: it displays a form to modify the purchasing units. Quantity can also be modified directly from thecart by clicking on line current quantity.
- Remove item: it removes an item from the ticket.

2 Ticket note
It is possible to add a free text to the ticket. To do this, click on the Note
icon, located at the top of the ticket.
As soon as a note is added to a ticket, the icon image changes to this
.
In this way, it is easy to recognize that a note has been added.
