1 User Logs

Each time the user logs into the application, the system records the login action in a table. This permits the system to control the start and end times of an employee, as well as the forms executed and the time invested. In addition, the system can block simultaneous logins on multiple devices by the same user.

2 Multiple Login

As we have seen in the setup/configuration section, there is a flag to control simultaneous logins on multiple devices by the same user.

The program uses the apps_wms_logs table to determine whether a user is logged in.

In certain cases, the user will have to be removed in order to log in again. For example, if the device battery abruptly dies, the user master will be accessed to remove the user.

3 Productivity

Only forms with classifications indicated record logins.

The program keeps all iterations of this form, with this classification, on the apps_wms_logs table.

As such, all productivity can be monitored by user, by form, by classification, etc.
