If a user wants to access the Menu, they must click on a Database, as can be seen in the next video:
Once the database is selected, different selectable options will appear, the same ones in the menu as in the central part of the screen. It is important to keep in mind that the options of each menu differ depending on the database. Take the following menu as an example:
In the menu, the user can find various types of icons that will execute different processes or objects.
As explained previously, the menu uses a tree-based organizational structure. In order to perform different actions, the user must expand or collapse folders through the following actions:
|Expand Tree||Icon that opens a drop-down menu.|
|Collapse Tree||Icon that collapses the drop-down, hiding its content.|
On the right-hand side of the screen, under the same label as Explorer Menu, there are three options:
- Application Menu: returns the user to the main menu.
- Shortcuts: through this option, the user can create a direct access path to objects. For more information, please see the next section.
- Last Actions Executed: in this tab, the user can find the most recent actions they executed.
The shortcut view is a user screen used to create object shortcuts. These shortcuts are located inside titled boxes which can be moved and renamed. Shortcut names can also be sorted and edited. All of these actions utilize drag-and drop functionality for a more user-friendly, intuitive experience.

This icon indicates that the element shown in the menu is a folder, meaning that it may contain sub-folders or objects.
As the primary menu structure is tree-based, each folder will have the same linear organization and logic.
We can also note the same distribution looking at the menu located on the left-hand side of the explorer, as well as the central screen.

When the user clicks on a folder, a tree from a specific area will be opened, as seen in the next image:
To navigate through folders, users can either click on parent folders or simply press "Back":
When a user clicks on a specific report, a new window with the relevant information will appear. The same window will display a list.
The user can see the following example information:
This object is used to add new records and delete or modify previous records.
When the user clicks an icon, a form with relevant information will appear. The user can perform searches according to data entry rules for the fields in question:

The screen that will appear has the same structure and logic as a form.
This indicates that a process will be defined by the data entered, which we identify as variables or parameters.
As before, when the user clicks this icon, a browser tool will open to show the filter object:
