Form editor
is a tool that allows creating and modifying forms, through and intuitive and simple way. This editor is on the same form and allows working on each component without the necessity of access individually.
1 Work area preparation
As area view editor is reduced, it is recommended to display editor by clicking on "expand box".
(
)
(located on right side of pre-view). This action will show a floating screen where editor will have all space in order to work better.

Then, user has to define screen size where form will be created. There are four types of sizes:
(
)
represented by different devices located on right side of the top bar.

2 Parameterization columns
These columns allow parameterizing each box of the form, where user can choose the type of the box, data that its box will have and all data type. Like advanced configuration of each box.
Box setting button
Function mode of 1, 2 y 3 columns is a drag and put down type. Column 4 allows viewing configuration and advanced configurations.
All boxes have to be parameterized by clicking on "box settings" button located on 4 columns.
As an exception, EJB-DATOS boxes can be parameterized without clicking on "box settings" because of the simplicity of its data.
Parameterization options of each column | ||
---|---|---|

) located on top side of each column.

3 Form creation
Forms are divided on two different parts: information boxes and its contents. Information boxes limits form size.

Boxes and internal fields
Before creating a form, is needed to know the functionality of fields and boxes.
On the following image, user can see that number 1 is related with main form boxes or form divisions and number 2 is related with internal fields on main boxes of each form.

Colspan and Rowspan
On boxes design and internal fields of each box, is possible to use, “Colspan” and “Rowspan”, in order to adjust their size depending on information showed.
Then, it is necessary to define form boxes through tool use (
) "grid/parrilla de celdas”.

When form boxes number is defined, it will be possible to choose box data type by clicking on tool "drag and drop" (
).

Then, user has to define the number of fields that will exist on the box through tool usage (
) “grid/parrilla de celdas”.

After that, all information will be defined by using tool "drag and drop" (
).

When all information is defined on the field, it is possible to define field type: label field, data field entry, empty field, etc.).

By column 4, user can configure data as: name, field or box size or the view type. At the same time, this column allows to access to advanced configurations through "Box Settings" button.
The following image shows the Configuration of the box and also identification data type:
- Configuration and data type.
- View configuration.
- Configuration of hidden expressions.
- Access button to advanced configuration of “Form Layout”.

A highlighter fields have been implanted in order to identify better all fields: every time that user clicks on a column field, all form fields will be highlighted on yellow.

When form has been designed, it is not necessary to save it as it is saved automatically.
